The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has released its circular for issuing hall tickets for students appearing in HSC exams 2023.

School/college authorities can download the Hall Ticket/Admit Card from the official website www.mahahsscboard.in on Friday, January 27, 2023. It has been made open to the authorities from 11:00 am onwards.

School/college authorities can access students' hall tickets or admit cards through their college login ID. In case, of any defective photos of the student, the college has to stamp a clear photograph of the candidate with the bona fide signature of the authorities and the college stamp. In case of loss or damage to the Admit card/Hall ticket, the college will have to issue a duplicate card to the student with a ‘DUPLICATE’ stamp in red ink on it.

If there are any discrepancies or changes (Student’s photograph, Signature of the student or Name of the Student) in the Admit Card/Hall Ticket, college officials can get it rectified by the respective department and shall share one copy of it with the board. For any changes in the medium or subject details, the college will have to notify the board of it.

Students are asked to collect the printout of Admit Card/Hall Ticket from their colleges. Students are not supposed to pay anything for their Admit card/Hall ticket. Please check the Admit Card/Hall Ticket carefully. The Admit Card/Hall Ticket will carry the college Principal’s Signature and an official stamp of the issuing college.

3. Student’s date of Birth
4. Class and Stream Name
5. Exam Centre Code
6. Exam Seat Number
7. Examination Name
8. Exam Centre details
9. Father/ Mother Name
10. Gender
11. Student’s Photograph
12. Subject Codes and Names
13. Signature and Stamp of School / College Authority
14. Student Signature across the photograph

Note: Students are advised to reach their examination centre at least half an hour before the scheduled time of the exam. Carry your Hall Ticket on all exam days. Students cannot enter the exam centre without a proper Hall Ticket. Maintain it properly as it carries all necessary information and exam details.
