Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinating with Stake Holders/ Hiring Managers for staffing needs

  • Design Job descriptions and determine selection criteria

  • Source potential candidates through online channels like Linkedin, other socia platforms and job portals

  • Screen and conduct preliminary interviews based on the criteria, plan the selection procedures

  • Should build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline

  • Maintain candidate data using our Applicant Tracking System

  • Negotiate salary with the selected candidates

  • Assisting with the onboarding by administering and submitting all hiring paperwork for new employees

  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives


Who are we looking for:

  • Work experience of 4-7 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements  

  • Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing

  • Quick thinker and problem-solving skills  

  • Work around the TAT

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
