Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Stake Holders/ Hiring Managers for staffing needs
- Design Job descriptions and determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels like Linkedin, other socia platforms and job portals
- Screen and conduct preliminary interviews based on the criteria, plan the selection procedures
- Should build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline
- Maintain candidate data using our Applicant Tracking System
- Negotiate salary with the selected candidates
- Assisting with the onboarding by administering and submitting all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
Who are we looking for:
- Work experience of 4-7 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing
- Quick thinker and problem-solving skills
- Work around the TAT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
