We offer shipping services to addresses within India. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

We offer standard shipping services for all orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

The shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before the order is confirmed. We offer free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹200 and COD orders above ₹500.

Our E-content does not require any shipping charges. We deliver the services electronically by means of e-mails or SMS.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package after several attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Though we are not liable for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control, we will assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of our ability.

Ans: If you want to order books using the Cash on Delivery payment option, then the minimum order value must be ₹500.

Q. What is the procedure to complete COD orders from Target Publications?

1. Once you place an order, our customer support executive will call you for confirmation.
2. Orders can be cancelled immediately on request during this call if the cancellation reason meets the cancellation criteria.
3. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will share your order tracking details with you on your registered mobile number.
4. If the order value is more by .01 Paise, then ₹1 will be charged. For example, if your order value is ₹500.01, an invoice will be created for ₹501.

Refund and Cancellation

• You can ask for a refund or cancellation under the following terms:
  • If a duplicate order is placed.
  • If the consignment doesn't reach you in good condition or you received the wrong product. In such an instance, notify us on our helpline number within 24 hours.
• If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact us on our helpline. If the order has already reached you and you wish to return your order, you have to arrange for the return and bear the cost of shipping.
• No refund or cancellation is applicable after 7 days of delivering the books.
• Refund or cancellation is not applicable on E-books and Online Tests Series after login credentials have been sent.
• Refund for COD orders will be initiated after 7 working days from when we receive the product.
• Refund for prepaid orders will be initiated after 2–3 working days from when we receive the product.
