Job Description: Sr. Manager/ Manager Digital Marketing

Synopsis: You will be responsible for the management of our presence across all digital platforms, ensuring the success of business objectives. You will combine your knowledge of the web and digital marketing with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness, increased lead generation and an increased customer engagement. This role will entail primarily around Digital Marketing – it includes Affiliate Marketing, SEO, SEM, Online Marketplace Selling, PPC, Google Ad words, Social Media Marketing etc. Not just this, you will also have a lot of scope to work on Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

     - Manage & improvise our web presence on targetpublications.org
     - Plan & execute Paid Campaigns on Google, Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.
     - Drive digital marketing initiatives including Search Engine Optimization: On-page and Off-page Optimization, 
          Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEM, Email Marketing and Display Advertising
     - Maintain our social media presence & brand reputation across all digital channels
     - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
     - As part of the core growth team, plan monthly and quarterly marketing strategies & sales numbers
     - Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies (Understanding the objective and defining strategy along with network wise budgeting)
     - Keyword Analysis, Keyword Ranking, Keyword Research and competitor’s analysis
     - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
     - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Giving 3600 solutions in terms of online marketing
     - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
     - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
     - Use Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and other relevant tools to maximize and measure outreach
     - Coordination with agencies and other vendor partners

Skill Set Required:

     - A result-driven experience in Digital marketing
     - Functional knowledge of Amazon marketplace selling
     - Extremely adept at managing Paid Campaigns
     - Strong Analytical Skills
     - A holistic understanding of SEO & Keyword research
     - Excellent Communications Skills
     - Strong Leadership Skills

Salary: INR 5, 00,000 - 10, 00,000 P.A.
Fix monthly compensation. Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. Salary will be structured according to the candidate’s experience & knowledge base.
