Accounts Manager

Job Profile:

1. GST

• Filing of GST Returns on Monthly basis

• Filing of annual GST return

• Preparation and collation of sales data

• Maintaining data for claiming ITC

• Cross-verification with GSTR2A on periodic basis

2. TDS

• Making TDS payments on monthly basis

• Coordinating and collating data for quarterly TDS returns

3. ROC

• Maintaining and collating data for all the ROC compliances

4. Book keeping

• Proficiency in Tally including cost centers

• Purchase, Sales & Journal Booking

• Reconciliation Bank, Vendor & Customer

• Finalization of Books of Accounts

• Coordinating with auditors for solving audit queries

5. Other duties / requirements

• Coordinating with Auditor for timely finalization of accounts and submitting data to government authorities

• Calculating salary on monthly basis

• Compliances of all the necessary labor and other laws including PF, PT, ESIC, Shops and Establishments etc.

• Income tax knowledge for maintaining records of individuals as well as the company

• Proficiency in excel with adequate knowledge of various formulae and features like VLookup, IF, IFAND, Pivot etc.

• Communicating and submitting necessary documents with various authorities and institutions.

• All other tasks as delegated from time to time

 

What we are looking for in a candidate:

1. The candidates must have around 5 years of experience
2. Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi - both written and verbal
3. The candidates must be B.Com, MCom
4. The candidates must have knowledge about Tally ERP 9, MS Office - Advance Excel
